knead khoya,atta ,baking powder,baking soda and cardamom powder with a little water and make a soft dough
rest it for 15 min
to make sugar syrup heat sugar and half lt water for 10 mins
when it turns 1 string consistency keep aside
make small balls out of the dough
heat sufficient oil in a Kadhai
fry these balls in low flame till it becomes golden brown to dark brown in colour
take them out and dip it into the sugar syrup
soak it for 10 mins
